I Still Heart Butter! But can I still be excited?

I found it to be very enlightening. I recognize the risks in attempting to can butter. This post is correct. Butter cannot be "canned". I am still excited, though, because it has me motivated to find a different answer and stay informed on the subject. I am a little sad that it isn't the "perfect and easy" answer I was hoping it would be. But I'm not completely putting away the idea either. In a nutshell, I'm going to continue to freeze my butter, while I do some REAL research on the matter. This should be interesting!
